Michelle and My Belle

As a Clinical nutritionist with a busy practice, Michelle Gardner works with her clients to find the root causes to their health issues. True Health comes in many layers: the physical, the chemical, the nutritional, emotional and the spiritual. All of which should be addressed to achieve ultimate balance and  health.

Mood and well being are controlled by our chemical balance. We require plenty of  feel good hormones to circulate through our systems. Eating plenty of amino rich acids such as TYROSINE to increase the production of  DOPAMINE,  as well as TRYPTOPHAN  to produce more SEROTONIN. Foods packed with B vitamins and folate also increase the production  of SEROTONIN.

Add in more  healthy fats and  DHA, and now you are really giving your mind and body a chance to thrive 🙂

So what exactly does that entail: Check out: The science behind it

So we decided to develop tasty, nutrient intense dishes that can nourish the mind and body at the cellular level, and tantalize the senses. Easy to make, with everyday  ingredients found in your local stores, the DOPE (dopamine) recipes were devised simply to make you happy!*

Now more than ever in these surreal and fragile times – we need foods to nourish our souls, energize our bodies and uplift us 🙂

My Belle by Michelle has developed a range of:

SEROTONIN  and  DOPE (dopamine) rich dishes.
